【故事概要】：

以「小孩子」的角度去探討學級崩壞[1]、青少年犯罪、家庭關係破裂、父母離異等現代的社會問題。作品超越了一般的少女漫畫，得到社會各年代的支持。主角是一名童星，在作品發表時童星是非常備受注目的。在漫畫連載初期到動漫放映初期的1996年間，童星是社會的熱門話題，但到無論在演藝界和社會上熱潮都已退卻的1998年時，漫畫版也連載完畢。當時有傳言至如果童星熱潮不減的話將會有第2部作品，但最終都沒有實現。
